Susie Upton

Susie has had a successful career since 2006, starting in the vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work sector developing skills in adjustment to injury and adult mental health. During her early career Susie worked in team coordinator and leadership roles within the youth homelessness non-for-profit sector. Susie attributes these challenging roles to invaluable experiences in rapport building, working alongside the child protection system and working with young people affected by trauma.

Leza has 19 years experience as a psychologist and 11 years as a board approved supervisor. Leza has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, non-profit, education (i.e. school psychologist), employment services, and health/medical (paediatric practice). Leza has also supervised supervisees within those settings and within corrections, medicolegal, and NDIS. Graeme Senior

Graeme is a US-trained clinician, supervisor, researcher, and academic who has over 30 years experience in neuropsychological, forensic, and clinical assessment. He was an Associate Professor at the University of Southern Queensland and Director of the Centre for Psychological Assessment, a training facility providing free referral-based assessments for school-aged children, adolescents, and adults. Melissa Cheras

Melissa has 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults and families across diverse settings: corrections, community-based not-for-profit services (childhood sexual assault; youth mental health; eating disorder support), private practice and hospitals. Working from a trauma-informed approach, Melissa has experience in counselling and group therapy, workshop facilitation, program development, and senior leadership roles. Melissa also worked in a suicide prevention commissioning role, providing strategic leadership for the co-design and implementation of services.
Melissa values that people are the experts in their own lives, and her framework is person-centered and relational, with a strong social justice perspective.
