Learn About Us
Leza Sullivan and Susie Upton founded Provisional Psychologist Hub in 2018. After successfully selling their multi-location private psychology practice in 2021, they invested in Provisional Psychologist Hub to provide accessible support for early career psychologists. The organisation grew to become one of the largest professional development and supervision providers built specifically with provisional psychologists in mind.
Psychology Supervisor Hub (est. 2022) was established to support the growing number of board-approved supervisors seeking guidance and support in managing their caseload of principal supervisees. As part of Provisional Psychologist Hub Susie Upton and Leza Sullivan have led over 100 board-approved supervisors.
As the organisation grew their comprehensive approach to strong leadership led to the development of policies, processes, training, guidance and consutlation specifically tailored to the needs of supervisors. We are pleased to announce that in 2023 our application to become an approved PsyBA training provider for supervisors was approved.
